 If you would like to fill out an Suggestion/Incident Form please download, print, fill out and email to our Contact Us page or you can drop off competed form at the Club. If you want to remain anonymous please bring form to the Waynesboro Legion and place it in the Suggestion/Incident box. You can also call at 717-762-5520.
